I feel that if someone has to do time for a crime, they should not get more then a second chance. People make mistakes and most of the time learn from them, but for those who don't, involving serious situation, they need to be fixed permanently. So I think that if someone does time, and was able to get out, then they should have to be watched for a while, like on probation, recording everywhere they go and everything they do for the amount of time necessary, until they can prove they learned there lesson. If they mess up again, I would have to agree with time for life, or the death penalty. We just don't have room on this earth for people that are that careless.
